Baskets from Bottle Caps

This is a interesting side project that I am working on with my sons, I thought I would share with our SignMonkey friends.
We built a simple machine to make Baskets from ground up plastic bottle caps. The plastic is HDPE which is one of the most common plastics in landfills. you can tell that the plastic is HDPE because it has a triangle with a #2 in the middle.
My boys have really enjoyed this project and making products. They are now collecting plastic everywhere.
My entrepreneur sons hope to make products that could be marketed, such as, fruit baskets, waste baskets, pencil holders, key baskets and other items that can be made with this method. Let us know what you think.
