If a product proves defective during the warranty period, SignMonkey.com may choose one of these remedies.

If the product proves defective during the warranty period, SignMonkey may repair the product at no charge for parts or support through telephone or email support.

Replacement

SignMonkey may replace the product with an equivalent product, which may be new or refurbished depending on the situation.

Shipping Damage

SignMonkey tests and inspects signs before shipment and uses packaging that meets or exceeds common carrier shipment standards. When your sign arrives, inspect the packaging and contents before signing whenever possible.
