Each sign is built to be installed by a business owner or general handyman with basic construction skills. EZLit letters include a full-size installation pattern, mounting tabs or clips, and a Plug-n-Play power strip that sends power to each letter. Once the letters are mounted, the sign connects through the included low-voltage power system instead of requiring each letter to be wired individually.

Production usually begins the next business day after your order is placed, and many signs ship within 5 working days. EZLit Channel Letters typically ship by UPS, while raceway signs, lit shape signs, cabinets, and oversized EZLit signs may ship by truck freight. Free shipping is included on all SignMonkey orders in the continetal US. Shipping method and eligibility depend on the product, size, and delivery requirements. Smaller EZLit Channel Letters often ship by UPS, while larger signs and raceway-mounted products may ship by truck freight.

After checkout, we review the order details and move the sign into production. If anything needs clarification, our team will contact you. Once the sign is complete, it is packaged for UPS or freight shipment and you will receive follow-up information as the order moves forward.

If your order requires design review, custom artwork, or clarification, our team can work with you before the sign is built. For fully configured builder orders, the design you create online is the production reference, so review sizes, colors, spelling, and layout carefully before ordering.

EZLit Letters and Logo Shapes are covered by our 3 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of shipment. Every sign is tested and inspected before it leaves our shop. If you think there is a warranty issue, contact SignMonkey before starting any repair work so we can help with the correct next step.

Our electrical sign products carry the UL label and are tested and inspected as part of our manufacturing process. UL listing is important because many municipalities require it for electrical signs.

Our lit signs use efficient, low-voltage LEDs, so the average sign uses much less electricity than older neon or fluorescent sign systems. Actual usage depends on the sign size, number of LEDs, and how long the sign is on each day.
