Product Details
Lit Decor Sign Construction
Aluminum sides with a bake enamel finish 5" standard depth but avalible in 3" depth. Sign will have a UL label and inspection during construction. In addition we also conduct a 32 point quality control inspection during manufacturing.
Lit Decor Sign Face & Retaining Trim
Our unique printing process create durable and high resolution sign face graphics. Our face colors are bright and vibrant when the sign is on or off, this is due to our special inks and printing process. All our faces have a scratch and UV protecting clear coat. We use Modified High impact Acrylic to eliminates the chance of breakage in shipping and installation. Face Trim is extruded plastic with aluminum core, can be any color and metallic finishes available.
LED Lit Decor Sign Illumination & Power
Illuminated with high output LEDs are pre-installed inside your sign. Safe 12 volt system that is 100% complete and ready to hang or install, there is nothing more to buy.
Lit Decor Sign Power
Our Power cord mounted power supply will simply plug into any household power outlet, 120 volts. It is also possible to power this sign from a 12 volt battery
Hanging Mount Option for Lit Interior Sign
We can also configure your sign to be hung in a window or the ceiling. The top of the Hanging Lit signs will have 2 hanging loops for hanging with a chain. The back of the sign will also be painted the same color as the sides. We can also configure our signs wall installation with our mounting clips. The sign can also be set on a shelf (depending on the shape) by folding away the mounting clips. Included with the sign will be a mounting pattern that shows each screw location.
Optional Items
Sign Background
Sign Backgrounds are installed behind your sign and in front of the mounting surface. It can be used to add contrast between your sign and the mounting surface or to cover up some damage on the mounting surface. Backgrounds are built of an aluminum composite material that can be painted whatever color you wish.
Non Standard Letters & Shapes
We currently offer 10 standard type styles and about 60 standard shapes. If you have a type style or shape that you need that we do not offer as standard, we can produce your style with the same quality, speed and fair price that we offer for our standard products.
