Face & Halo Lit LED Sign Construction
Weatherproof, high output LEDs are pre-installed inside all Face & Halo Lit channel letters. System is 100% complete and ready to install. Standard 5 inch depth on all letter heights. Signs can be installed indoors or outdoors. We conduct a 32 point quality inspection during manufacturing.
Face & Halo Sign Faces Illumination
Modified High impact Acrylic Faces are available in standard colors or any Pantone or Sherwin Williams Color as well as Designer Faces. Internal illumination though the face with Super Bright LEDs, with a second complete set of LEDs for the Rear Halo Lighting.
EZLit Sign Letters Power Delivery System
Our patented Plug-n-Play EZLit power delivery system makes it possible for anyone to install channel letters legally and safely. No electrical experience or license is required. This is the only system of its kind and it is protected under US Patent.
Halo Lit Standoff Installation
Our exclusive standoff mounting system, makes mounting your letters fast and easy. The entire system is weatherproof with all aluminum construction. Your letters are installed with a turn of a screw. You will only need to supply the fasteners that are right for your surface.
Halo Creating LEDs
The Back of the Halo Lit Sign, has rear facing LEDs, these LEDs form the halo that reflects against the Mounting Surface. The Sign Halo can be almost any color you wish. The Rear Facing Halo LEDs are protected by a translucent polycarbonate cover.
Face & Halo Full Size Sign installation Pattern
The included sign installation pattern will show all of the drill points for each fastener and for the power hole. with the pattern it is very easy to align and level your sign prior to beginning installation.
Optional Items
Sign Background
When you are mounting your sign to a surface that will not reflect the halo, such as dark brick. A sign Background is the solution by providing the perfect surface to create the halo. The Background will have all the mounting holes pre-drilled to match your Halo Lit Letters.

Non Standard Letters & Shapes
We currently offer 10 standard type styles and about 60 standard shapes. If you have a type style or shape that you need that we do not offer as standard, we can produce your style with the same quality, speed and fair price that we offer for our standard products.
