Superbright LEDs and EZlit Mounting System

Letters & Shapes with rear facing LEDs. Sign front and sides are built entirely of aluminum and painted with an acrylic polyurethane finish, and lit through the transparent polycarbonate back creating a halo glow. Sign metal parts have a acrylic polyurethane paint finish. Our Easy Mount Standoffs make a quick and simple installation. Featuring the worlds only plug and play channel letter installation system. This product is sometimes referred to as a Reverse Channel Letter.

Bonded Aluminum constructed sign body with high output LEDs pre-installed inside the Halo Lit channel letters. System is 100% complete and ready to install. Standard 2.5" inch depth on all letter heights. Signs can be installed indoors or outdoors. There are no visible fasteners when the product is installed.

The Back of the Halo Lit Sign, has rear facing LEDs, these LEDs form the halo that reflects against the Background. The Sign Halo can be almost any color you wish. The Rear Facing Halo LEDs are protected by a translucent polycarbinate cover.

Our exclusive standoff mounting system, makes mounting your letters fast and easy. The entire system is weatherproof with all aluminum construction. Your letters are installed with a turn of a screw. You will only need to supply the fasteners that are right for your surface.

The included sign installation pattern will show all of the drill points for each fastener and for the power hole. with the pattern it is very easy to align and level your sign prior to beginning installation.

Optional Items

Sign Background

When you are mounting your sign to a surface that will not reflect the halo, such as dark brick. A sign Background is the solution by providing the perfect surface to create the halo. The Background will have all the mounting holes pre-drilled to match your Halo Lit Letters.

Non Standard Letters & Shapes

We currently offer 10 standard type styles and about 60 standard shapes. If you have a type style or shape that you need that we do not offer as standard, we can produce your style with the same quality, speed and fair price that we offer for our standard products.

Example UPS Box Shipment

UPS Shipment

All products small enough to fit into a box are shipped via UPS. We pack multiple items in each box and pack them to arrive in perfect condition. Products are shipped ready to install. You simply take the boxes to the installation site, carefully remove them from the packing and install. There is no assembly required.

Example Shipping Crate

Truck Freight Shipping

When a product is too big to ship UPS, we will ship your item via truck freight. Your product will be ready to install directly from the crate. You simply take the crate to the installation location, unpack it, and install it onto the wall. Our crate is designed for your item to arrive in perfect condition.
