Product Details
LED Lit Shape Sign Illumination & Power
Weatherproof, high output LEDs are pre-installed inside the Shaped Sign. Safe 12 volt system is 100% complete and ready to install, there is nothing more to buy. Our Exclusive 3 way power switch provides On, Off, and on with Sun Control. When Sun Control is selected, your sign will automatically turn on at night and off during the day.
Lit Sign Face & Retaining Trim
Our unique printing process creates durable and highly fade resistant sign face graphics. At night our face colors are bright and vibrant, due to our special inks and printing process. All our Full Color Printed faces have a scratch and UV protectant clear-coat. We use Modified High impact Acrylic to lessen the chance of breakage in shipping and installation. On over sized Lit Sign Shapes, we use Polycarbonate due to size limits of Acrylic. Face Trim is extruded plastic with aluminum core, can be any color with metallic finishes available.
Lit Sign Body Construction
Constructed entirely of corrosion resistant aluminum for durability. Completely weatherproof for many years of exterior service. Available in 5" depth standard but also available in 3" depth. Sign will have a UL label and inspection during construction. In addition we also conduct a 32 point quality control inspection during manufacturing.
Sign Mounting Clips
Aluminum Mounting Clips that make installation very easy. You only need to supply an appropriate fastener for your mounting surface. Clips are painted the same color as the side of the sign. can be remove by unbolting from the back of the sign if installing by some other method.
Lit Shape Mounting Pattern
Our Lit Shape Signs include a full size Installation pattern that will show all the mounting points for pre-drilling for fasteners and for the power hole. All signs include a pre-spaced installation pattern. This helps make the installation so that anyone that can install a ceiling fan can install this sign.
Optional Items
Sign Background
Sign Backgrounds are installed behind your sign and in front of the mounting surface. It can be used to add contrast between your sign and the mounting surface or to cover up some damage on the mounting surface. Backgrounds are built of an aluminum composite material that can be painted whatever color you wish.
Optional Roof Mount Bracket for Raceway
We can provide our standard or custom mounting for installing your raceway channel letters to a roof or other structure.
Non Standard Letters & Shapes
We currently offer 10 standard type styles and about 60 standard shapes. If you have a type style or shape that you need that we do not offer as standard, we can produce your style with the same quality, speed and fair price that we offer for our standard products.
