Acrylic Letters & Logo Shapes

Our acrylic letters and logos are cut from a solid piece of impact resistant acrylic. Exterior finish is acrylic polyurethane and can stand up to any weather and sun conditions. Designed for easy customer installation. Signs ship 100% complete, including mounting pattern. Can be stud mounted or installed with double sided tape.

Acrylic Sign Construction

Cut from 1/2" thick cast acrylic with precision CNC equipment. Highly impact and weather resistant with the look and feel of a cast metal letters. Can be installed in unprotected weather locations. Can also be installed interior sign display.

Acrylic Colors and Paint Finish

Weather and fade resistant acrylic polyurethane paint finish is available in any of our standard paint colors. We can also provide Pantone Colors, Sherwin Williams Colors, Metallic as well as full color printed Designer Faces.
Dimensional Sign Mounting Pattern

Dimensional Sign Mounting Pattern

All signs include a pre-spaced installation pattern. Stud mounted letters will include a paper drill pattern that makes leveling and centering your sign easy and fast. . For VHB Tape installation, SignMonkey will provide an adhesive vinyl pattern.

Optional Items

Installation Option - Aluminum Threaded Studs

Exterior signs will include the threaded aluminum stud mounting system. Aluminum studs thread directly into the back of letters and are glued into predrilled holes in your mounting surface.

Installation Option - VHB Tape

For interior installations on a smooth surface, VHB (Very High Bonding) tape can be provided and preinstalled on your sign. We will provide an adhesive vinyl installation pattern.

Sign Standoff Installation

Our exclusive standoff mounting system, makes mounting your letters fast and easy. The entire system is weatherproof with all aluminum construction. Your letters are installed with a turn of a screw. You will only need to supply the fasteners that are right for your surface.

Sign Background - Dimensional Letters

When you are mounting your sign to a surface that will not have contrast, such as black letters on dark brick, adding a background can help them to stand out. The Background will have all the mounting holes pre-drilled to match your letters.

Non Standard Letters & Shapes

We currently offer 10 standard type styles and about 60 standard shapes. If you have a type style or shape that you need that we do not offer as standard, we can produce your style with the same quality, speed and fair price that we offer for our standard products.

Shipping

Example UPS Box Shipment

UPS Shipment

All products small enough to fit into a box are shipped via UPS. We pack multiple items in each box and pack them to arrive in perfect condition. Products are shipped ready to install. You simply take the boxes to the installation site, carefully remove them from the packing and install. There is no assembly required.

Truck Freight Shipping

When a product is too big to ship UPS, we will ship your item via truck freight. Your product will be ready to install directly from the crate. You simply take the crate to the installation location, unpack it, and install it onto the wall. Our crate is designed for your item to arrive in perfect condition.
